“Since starting the life coaching I feel I have a far more balanced view of my life and how great I feel it really is. It is amazing how, by a few tweaks and prods and questions from you Lisa that I can appreciate what I already have and how I can look at the positives and draw a "feel good" factor from those positives.
What is very clever (in my opinion) is that you don't tell me what to do or advise me on how do to things, you can carefully question so that I come up with answers.
You are a very good listener and I feel that you take on board everything I mention and you have picked me up on a number of points during our sessions, for example, most recently the tone of my answer when you asked me about how I felt about work and you detected a different tone to the answers I gave about home/family etc.. You won't let issues drop either, you will remind me what I said and to hold the thought and come back to it later. You always tactfully prompt me to recall my objectives and what is important to me in my life.
The summary at the end of each session is helpful to provide clarity and the written summaries of sessions you have provided are also useful to recall the detail of earlier discussions.
I think 2 key factors for me are how freely I can talk to you on the phone and how good I feel after our chats. Quite often I don't know where the session is going to take me and what I am going to get out of it and that provides some excitement.”

“The progress I have made in a relatively short period of time has been phenomenal.
Lisa's ability to listen and reflect upon phrases and assist your analysis of the real issues and guiding you to solutions is excellent. I now have a significantly better work/ life balance and have gained a real awareness of my key areas of motivation and what I need to do to maintain the momentum.
Lisa's summary notes are invaluable as they provide focus and enable me to review progress on a regular basis.
I used to make New Year resolutions with moderate success but Lisa's coaching has enabled me to significantly achieve a huge number of goals over a sustained period.
This programme of coaching has been life changing.

“Life coaching with you was quite a revelation! I didn't really know what to expect, but what I got was a great deal. I really got to know myself better, found strengths I’d never really acknowledged and started using them. You gave me the tools to make decisions without fear and I thank you for that. I always felt completely safe in our sessions, knowing you were not judging me or giving me advice, but rather allowing me to find my own way and reach a plan of action that was of my own making. Any exercises and 'homework' were always appropriate and very motivating. I particularly liked being nailed down to specifics! The sessions with you have initiated some very positive changes in my life and I'd be happy to recommend you to anyone who wants to give life coaching a try!”

“I would just like to say that after a very rocky two and a half years, I didn’t feel like I knew where I was going in my life. I was very depressed one day and great the other. My work was suffering, my health as well…this lead to me being very tired and drained, leaving the only person suffering – me!
Lisa changed that, she made me express and tell her what I was unhappy about and how I would like to change that. So goals were set and how I was going to reach them. As a result my assertiveness has really changed and I am totally happy with that.
My weight was a great problem, and always has been but with Lisa’s coaching I have made changes to how I want to address that. Everyone knows that life can’t be perfect, but with goals you can make changes and reach them if you want to – And I did! So much.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed and looked forward to each of my life-coaching sessions. Lisa has been a pleasure to talk to and I am happy to say that I have achieved my goal 100%. Lisa explained in a very clear and uncomplicated way what life coaching is and what it is not and the first session. I was under no illusion or led to believe that the sessions would provide me with anything other than what she explained. She was open and alert from the beginning and I had absolute trust and belief that she was listening and taking in everything (and probably more) that I was saying. We talked (I talked) very freely and easily and it was easy to set a goal for each discussion. I was amazed at how much I was able to find answers to problems that had created a block in my journey to achieving my goal and that these answers were really in my own head. Lisa, without offering any direct advice, managed to unblock these routes for me. After each session it was immediately clear as to what actions needed to be taken to move me closer to my goal. I always started as soon as Lisa had left because I was so motivated and encouraged. A fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who wants to get things done! Thank you.”

“Lisa’s style of coaching is supportive and encouraging. I was completely at ease exploring very personal issues and I learnt a lot about myself during our sessions. I have made some incredibly positive steps forward as a result of our coaching sessions.”

“I have developed in confidence, gained control over relationships and turned them round and most importantly I have gained the courage to assess my own behaviour and admit when I am wrong and forgive myself. I have a much happier life, better friendships and established long term goals.”
